White-throated Dipper
The White-throated Dipper is also called the water Common Blackbird because of its resemblance to the blackbird. Same size, brown color with a white plastron.
It lives near fast-flowing streams. Watching it evolve and hunt in its environment is a real pleasure.
Indeed, to feed it dives under water and is able to walk in complete immersion to unearth small larvae of aquatic insects.
