Short-toed Treecreeper

The king of climbing. With its close cousin the Eurasian Treecreeper, they are real acrobats. It is very difficult to distinguish them because they really look alike. The garden treecreeper walks up and down tree trunks. Nothing stops him from unearthing small insects hidden under the bark of trees.
