White-throated Dipper

The White-throated Dipper is also called the water Common Blackbird because of its resemblance to the blackbird. Same size, brown color with a white plastron.
It lives near fast-flowing streams. Watching it evolve and hunt in its environment is a real pleasure.
Indeed, to feed it dives under water and is able to walk in complete immersion to unearth small larvae of aquatic insects.

Wallcreeper

The wallcreeper, rather rare in my region, has taken up residence very close to my home.
It descends every early winter from the peaks of the Pyrenees or the Alps to the valleys to spend the summer in the warmth.
And sometimes as is the case with this one, it even goes to regions much further away from its native mountains.

Western Jackdaw

With its black plumage, its iridescent reflections and its shades of grey, this little corvid, adept at urban and old buildings, is one of the most beautiful representatives of this family in my opinion.

Griffon Vulture

It is always a great pleasure to photograph this huge raptor.
Firstly because it is imposing and its slow flight allows you to take on the full extent of its extraordinary dimensions,
but also because when you meet it, you find yourself most of the time
in enchanting places, on top of a mountain or in magnificent gorges.
